Looking for a Free Lease situation

I am looking for a lease type situation in the Richmond area. I am in my 40's and gave up my horse to move to Richmond 5 years ago (haven't been in the saddle since). I am looking for someone who just doesn't have the time to spend with their horse and would like someone to come out occasionally and love and exercise it for them. I am 5 feet tall and am not looking for anyone over 15.3 (preferably) unless rock solid sane. My main focus is Dressage. I am open to other disciplines just looking to find a horse that will get me back in the saddle. I live in the West End and prefer not to have to travel too far.
